How enquiry information is handled.

This notice describes the information submitted through the ZAi-Fi legacy-drawing enquiry form. The form is for contact details and a short description only. Do not submit drawings, confidential engineering data, sensitive personal information or files.
Who is responsible
ZAIFI BUSINESS SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED (ZAi-Fi), Tamil Nadu, India, is responsible for reviewing and responding to these enquiries. Contact: contact@zai-fi.com.
Information and purpose
We receive your name, email address, optional organization and drawing categories, approximate volume, requested output format, and the message you choose to provide. We use these details to evaluate the request, respond to you, and maintain a record of the business enquiry. Please keep the description general until an appropriate review method has been discussed.
Service providers and storage
The website is hosted through its configured deployment provider. If the enquiry integrations are enabled, the submitted information is sent through Resend for email delivery and may be recorded in a Google Sheet configured by ZAi-Fi. Those providers process information under their own terms. We do not currently offer file upload through this page. Contact the address above if you need to ask which intake integrations are active for a particular enquiry.
Optional analytics
PostHog analytics are optional and load only if you choose “Allow analytics” in the preference prompt, and only when an analytics key is configured. The site sends page views and named interaction events, not enquiry fields or message text. You can change your choice using “Privacy settings” at the bottom of the page. A rejection is stored in this browser’s local storage; clearing browser data may reset that preference.
Retention and your choices
Enquiry records are retained only as long as needed to handle and follow up on the business request, and to meet applicable record-keeping obligations. A fixed deletion schedule and organization-approved privacy contact have not been confirmed; ask us at contact@zai-fi.com to request access, correction or deletion, or to raise a privacy concern. We will route the request to the responsible company contact.
Security and changes
Do not use this form to transmit confidential drawings. No particular security certification, storage location or secure sample-transfer process is promised by this notice. We may update this notice when the intake process changes; the revision date above will be updated.
